By using Inova GSM Control you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
What the app does
Inova GSM Control is a companion tool for configuring and controlling GSM devices over SMS. The app composes the message text and opens your SMS app — you send the message, through your own mobile carrier.
Important: this app is not a security system.
The device does not confirm that commands were carried out. The status shown in the app is a record of the last command sent, not a verified device state. A message may fail to arrive because of poor signal, an empty SIM balance, a powered-off device, or carrier problems.
Do not rely on this app alone to protect people or property. Verify the alarm state on the device itself or by requesting a status message.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details, for keeping your password safe, and for everything done from your account. Share a device only with people you trust — they gain the ability to control it.
Costs
SMS messages are charged by your mobile carrier at its own rates. Inova Tech is not a party to that relationship and does not cover those costs.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for devices you are authorised to operate. Accessing other people's devices, attempting to guess a PIN, and any use contrary to law are prohibited.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. It may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or causes beyond our control.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Inova Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app — including damages caused by an undelivered or delayed SMS, device failure, or carrier network outage.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to withdraw access from accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia.
